| IT Professional Services and Support | UITS staff and local support providers (LSPs) help departments evaluate, acquire, maintain, and support desktop computing hardware, operating systems, and communications software for the Macintosh and PC. UITS provides assistance to LSPs who maintain and administer production servers for their departments, and EdCert classes for LSPs. |
